Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient goals.
- Provide therapy sessions to children and adults with speech or swallowing difficulties.
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and techniques to improve communication.
- Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain detailed and confidential patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, educators, and other therapists.
- Stay informed on advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid license or certification from relevant health authorities.
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience working with pediatric or adult populations is an advantage.
