Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations for individuals, couples, and families.
- Provide individual, group, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Support patients dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological conditions.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic strategies as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient sessions and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for holistic patient care.
- Conduct mental health awareness programs or workshops as required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- bachlor/Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Clinical Psychology.
- Valid license or registration with the relevant psychological council or authority.
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, non-judgmental, and patient-focused approach.
- Familiarity with a range of therapeutic methods (CBT, DBT, psychotherapy, etc.).
- Experience working with children, adolescents, or special populations is a plus.
